Mother’s Day gift

100_4723-1Happy Mother’s day to all those incredible mothers out there!  I hope your day is filled with beautiful memories and special moments. One of my children gave me this sweet poem. My other Mothers Day gift to myself was to take the children to tour an 1800’s one-room limestone schoolhouse at the Tallgrass Prairie National Park. I took most of these pictures with an old fashioned 35 mm camera. Ok, so besides antiquing, my other new thing is amateur photography. I just finished up a class and these pictures complete my final project for the semester.

    Those are fantastic black and white photos! The children running through the field is my favorite. Great poem too!
